These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Restonama.com and all related services provided by Restonama, a division of VudriX LLC, located at 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. By accessing or using the Restonama platform (“Platform”), including restaurant websites, ordering tools, reservation services, POS features, and other functionalities, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

Restonama provides a cloud-based software-as-a-service platform that enables restaurants to build websites, manage menus, accept online orders, run table reservations, configure delivery, and operate POS-related features. The Platform offers tools and integrations designed to help restaurants manage digital operations efficiently, but the restaurant remains solely responsible for content, customer interactions, and legal compliance associated with its business.

Restaurants control their menus, pricing, images, and operational settings
Restaurants are responsible for fulfilling orders and reservations
Restonama provides software access, not operational or business services
To use Restonama, restaurants must create an account and provide accurate business information. You agree to keep your details updated and to ensure only authorized personnel access the account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
You are responsible for securing your login details
Unauthorized access resulting from weak security is your responsibility
Restonama may suspend accounts with inaccurate or fraudulent information
When customers place orders or make reservations on restaurant websites powered by Restonama, all such data is sent directly to the restaurant’s administrative panel. Restonama does not process customer data beyond routing it to the restaurant. The restaurant is fully responsible for managing, storing, fulfilling, securing, and legally handling customer information.
Restonama is not responsible for how restaurants use customer data
Restaurants must comply with privacy laws applicable to their region
All order, reservation, and customer communications are the restaurant’s responsibility
Restaurants must respond to customer inquiries, disputes, and issues
Restaurants using Restonama agree to operate legally and ethically. You must ensure your menu, images, descriptions, pricing, policies, and operational practices comply with applicable laws. You are solely responsible for fulfilling orders, deliveries, refunds, cancellations, and customer disputes.
You manage and update your menu, pricing, hours, and availability
You are responsible for accurate tax calculation and reporting
You must fulfill all orders placed through your website
You must handle complaints, refunds, delays, and customer service
You must ensure compliance with food safety and delivery regulations
Restonama operates on a subscription-based model. By purchasing a plan, you authorize Restonama to charge your selected payment method automatically. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of the account.

No refunds for unused time, partial months, or early cancellation
Prices may change, and updated pricing will apply upon renewal
You agree to use Restonama only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with these Terms. Misuse of the Platform, including unauthorized access, attempts to reverse-engineer the software, or using the Platform for fraudulent or harmful activities, is strictly prohibited.
You may not copy, modify, or reproduce the Platform’s code
You may not interfere with system integrity or security
You may not use the Platform for misleading or deceptive purposes
Restonama may suspend access for misuse or violations
All software, designs, branding, content, and materials provided by Restonama remain the exclusive property of VudriX LLC. Restaurants receive a limited license to use the Platform within the scope of their subscription. This license does not grant ownership or the right to resell or exploit Restonama’s intellectual property.
Restonama owns the software, architecture, and UI/UX assets
Restaurants own their own menu content, images, and branding they upload
Unauthorized reproduction or reselling is prohibited
License terminates upon cancellation of subscription
Restonama integrates with payment gateways, email services, delivery partners, and other external providers. These third-party services operate under their own terms and policies. Restonama is not liable for issues, downtime, or data handling practices of external service providers.
Payment processors handle all financial information separately
Third-party features may require separate agreements
Restonama cannot control or guarantee third-party uptime
Restaurants must review third-party terms independently
Restonama aims to maintain a stable and reliable Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or unexpected outages may occur. Restonama may update or change features at any time to improve performance or security.
System downtime may occur for maintenance or upgrades
Features may be added, removed, or modified without prior notice
Restonama is not liable for business losses due to temporary downtime
Improvements and updates may require user adjustments
Restonama may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, illegal activities, or misuse. Restaurants may also close their accounts at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period. After termination, access to the Platform and stored data may be permanently removed.

Restaurants must export their data before closing accounts
Restonama provides the Platform on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from incorrect restaurant settings, failed orders, delivery delays, website downtime, or customer disputes. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.
Restonama is not liable for operational failures by restaurants
No liability for lost sales, downtime, or business interruptions
No guarantee that the Platform is error-free or uninterrupted
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription
You agree to indemnify and hold Restonama, its owners, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your interactions with customers, your operational practices, or your violation of these Terms.

Restaurants bear full responsibility for their business operations
Restaurants are fully responsible for handling and securing customer information obtained through Restonama. Customer data flows directly to the restaurant and is not processed by Restonama for its own purposes. Restaurants must comply with applicable data protection laws and maintain secure handling protocols.
Customer data is controlled by the restaurant
Restonama only routes data technically to the admin panel
Restaurants must maintain a legal privacy policy
Restaurants must manage all customer requests and complaints
Restonama reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on Restonama.com with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be handled exclusively in competent courts located in Wyoming.
